I quit my day job. I’m moving on.
Today’s issue is bittersweet. This is my final deep dive into pure product leadership.
Over the last two years, we’ve built frameworks, war stories, and muscle memory for shipping with clarity and confidence.

Why I’m Pivoting to AI Automation for Sales & Marketing
Just as product leadership taught me to find the right problems for users, AI agentic automation is teaching me to discover entirely new problem spaces for SMBs.
So I launched RisingFlow AI to reach my own North Star!
Over the past six months, I’ve dabbled at solving issues with business owners in my network and wiring up AI agents that help my own customers with:

The more I dug in, the more I realized: today’s most strategic lever is not just about feature velocity, it’s building and automating workflows end‑to‑end across sales and marketing to support 70% of the world’s business layer - aka SMB owners.

Identify Your First “Mini‑Bot”
Pick a repetitive task (e.g. weekly report emails) and prototype a ChatGPT or Zapier flow to handle it.Embed AI in Your Standups
Use a simple LLM agent to summarize yesterday’s blockers and draft today’s agenda in the product Slack channel.Turn Spreadsheets into APIs
With tools like Parabola or SheetAI, expose key KPIs as data endpoints for dashboards or user feedback alerts.
